How can I pay?

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Solo & American Express. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

Payments may be made by cheque using our brochure order form. Please click on 'enquiries' to request a brochure be sent to you.

Is My Credit Card Information Secure?

Yes - Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level possible. Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you enter the checkout. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for locked padlock icon in your browser.

Is VAT included in the prices?

All prices on the site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.

If I have a suggestion how do I send it to you?

We are searching for new ideas and products all the time. If you have an idea that we can turn into a product, please send your enquiry to us here. Or call us for an informal chat, you can find our contact details here.

When should I expect to receive my order?

If a product is in stock and you place your order before 16:00 GMT on a weekday then your order will be packed the next day. Please allow 5 working days for delivery (this is our Standard delivery service). Deliveries are between 9.00am and 6.00pm weekdays only and a signature is required.

Can orders be placed from abroad?

Orders can be placed, from abroad, however overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days.

If part of my order is sold out and coming at a later date do I pay an extra delivery charge when it is sent to me?

If you have placed an order, which has a part coming at a later date and you would like to receive the order urgently we do send the items available. The remaining item is sent once it has come back in stock. There is no separate delivery charge for the item.

Can you send items out of the U.K.?

Yes - Please state your delivery address, we can delivery anywhere in the world, however overseas, BFPO and non-mainland UK postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary, please allow 7-14 days.

Is there any option if I want my order Next Day?

Yes, we have a next day delivery service. This option is available on weekdays only. Any order placed before mid-day on a weekday will be delivered next working day. Please contact us to arrange the service.
